Hi, I’m Jen, an integrative counsellor working within the BACP Ethical Framework, offering a real, down-to-earth space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your pace, in your own way.

I understand that starting therapy can feel a bit daunting, especially if you’re not sure where to begin or what to expect. That’s completely okay. There’s no right or wrong way to show up here. Whether you want to talk about the past, what’s happening now, or just figure out why you feel the way you do, we’ll work together to make sense of it.

Life can feel unpredictable, like waves that knock us off balance. But you don’t have to navigate it alone.

A Space to Breathe

Like the sea, our inner worlds can shift from calm to stormy. In therapy, I offer a space where you can explore whatever’s coming up at your own pace, free from pressure or judgement.

Our work is rooted in a warm, trusting relationship where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can look at what’s happening in your life now, while gently exploring how past experiences might still be influencing you.

As well as deeper reflection, we’ll focus on practical strategies to help you manage emotions and navigate daily life with more confidence. Each step of the way, we’ll shape a therapeutic approach that’s tailored to your needs offering insight, support, and new perspectives.
